Offer: Free Standard Oven Clean Package worth up to £120 with every full End of Tenancy Clean over the value of £225 (price before offer deduction applied).

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Standard Oven Clean Package includes one standard single or double oven (built-in and freestanding), up to 2 oven racks, one set of single standard gas or electric 4 hobs, and one standard extractor fan/hood, and one splashback.
  2. This offer excludes microwave ovens, tabletop ovens or cookers, range ovens, agas, stoves, additional racks, oven trays, double sets of hobs (more than 4 hobs or ceramic/induction hobs), self-cleaning ovens, any commercial and non-domestic equipment, or any other variances (additional fees are applicable).
  3. This offer applies to a full property end of tenancy clean with a minimum quoted price of £225 before deduction of the offer discount.
  4. A full property end of tenancy clean is defined as a minimum clean of 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 fridge-freezer or 1 fridge and 1 freezer, 1 washing machine, 1 oven, 1 set of hobs, 1 oven hood, and 1 oven splashback + skirtings needing wiping down + normal lived-in condition.
  5. Cullens Services Limited reserves the right to amend, cancel, or extend the offer and its terms at any time without notification.
  6. The client is responsible for informing Cullens Services Limited of the size, brand, type, and specification of the oven, hobs, and extractor, and the number of racks to be cleaned prior to booking.
  7. Offer promotion has no value, non-transferable, and non-deducatable.
  8. Offer available for new estimates and quotes only.
  9. Code must be used at time of booking and cannot be retrospectively applied.
  10. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  11. Paying a deposit and confirming your booking for our services, is acknowledgement that you have read, understood, and accepted our terms and conditions.
